Miguel Juárez - CEO

Miguel has worked in the SBA lending industry over 19 years at national and community banks as well as CDFIs where he developed, negotiated and underwrote bank debt. He has a thorough understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and SBA standard operating procedures. Miguel is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Northridge.

Miguel serves on the board and loan committee of the San Fernando Valley Small Business Development Corporation and serves as board president of Academia Avance, a college prep charter school in Highland Park.

Eric Sarabia, Esq. - CFO

Eric is a corporate lawyer with over 13 years of experience in Private Equity & Mergers and Acquisitions. Eric holds a Juris Doctorate degree and a master’s degree in Economics from Syracuse University; a master’s degree in Tax Law from Georgetown University; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Northridge. Eric is a U.S. Small Business Administration certified loan closing attorney and oversees Acelera’s loan closing department.

Eric serves as treasurer on the board of Academia Avance, a college prep charter school in Highland Park; and volunteers as a tutor at School on Wheels where he tutors homeless children in math and English.

Martín Quiroz, Esq - Chief Compliance officer

Martin is an attorney with over 10 years of experience overseeing compliance for financial firms. Martin has developed and implemented policies, procedures and protocols that ensured legal compliance with regulators and overseeing third parties in highly regulated industries. He is an expert in representing entities in audits and safety and soundness examinations with State and Federal regulators in a variety of industries. Martin also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license. Martin is a U.S. Small Business Administration certified loan closing attorney and oversees Acelera’s loan servicing department.

Martin has provided pro bono support to mission-driven lenders which resulted in maximizing recoveries on troubled debt. He also served as Girls Soccer Coach at Encino Adult/Youth Soccer Organization.
